    Swimming is a great form of exercise. You use all of your muscles to carry you through the water, and you don’t even feel sweaty. In fact the water keeps you feeling cool and refreshed. You may get tired, but you don’t get the icky feeling that comes with it. Plus its a fun thing you would not experience normally walking around in your day.
