Managing Eye Strains

Do you get eye strains from using the computer for excessive hours? If you have eye strains you can try using eye drops to help moisten your eyes. If you do not have eye strains you should try to avoid them by moving your eyes from the monitor every 20 minutes or so to allow your eyes to focus on something else rather than the same thing over and over again (which causes the eye strains).
