    Using coffee to start off your morning is not healthy what so ever. An alternative that you can try using is tea. It is filled with antioxidants and still has caffeine in it. Even though it might not keep you up during the day, if you slowly steer away from your dependency of coffee through tea, it might work! There are tons of different flavors for tea that you can check out. Each type of tea has their own special benefits to your body.
